BACKTAGGING: Yeah, sure, though if it's been a while since my last tag there's a chance I got bogged down by life/work/something else and might need to be kicked. So kick me and I'll tell you what's up, if not get to tagging you back.
THREADHOPPING: If it's something light and easy like a texting thread? Sure. If it's a PSL, ask before jumping in because that's weird. There's a scale to this? At the minimum I might say, "Sure, ask the other person."
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Go ahead, but expect an IC response, which might not be physical affection back.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Sure, expect an IC response.

For the most part, she's a bog standard magician-type. (Uses 'arts' which is her canon's version of magic. But I'm keeping it simple.)

The relevant thing I feel like I should mention is that Mostima can manipulate either time itself or someone's perception of time. She can't engage in time travel, but she either can manipulate how time passes in a certain area or someone's perception of time. It's very loosey goosey at the moment, deets likely coming in some event or another down the road.
